As with the rest of the middle school at Durham Academy, we use CBL (competency-based learning) to assess student progress.
Here are the competencies and indicators for Latin students. They can also be found on Toddle.
If you are missing a set of warm-ups, you can write five complete sentences about what we've studied in class recently. You will earn partial credit back on the assignment.
Use of an online translator (e.g. Google Translate) or generative AI on your Latin assignments is considered cheating. If you need to access an online Latin dictionary, use this one.
My students may choose to complete optional corrections on quizzes and tests for extra practice and famae. Please see the file below for instructions.
